An old lady.

A small painting 6x4 ins. oil on gessoed board, of an old lady. I mostly used a palette knife placing colours, with a little mixing here and there. It's a method I like to use with my oil painting, as the colours stay clean and bright. Brushes are used to shape and define where necessary.
